So many of you have probably heard by now, but our Herriman office will not be open by Sept 1st....big bummer....It's looking more like October 1st. All our your appts made at the Heriman office will be moved to our South Jordan office (same date and time) for the month of September.

It's that time of year again!!! We now have Flu shots for infants and Flu Mist for 2 & older!!! Call us to schedule a nurse visit for Flu vaccine :) We currently DO NOT have VFC (medicaid) Flu vaccine yet though- when we get it we will let you know!!
